In line with its developmental vision for nurturing sports talent, the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club continued its series of creative workshops, which align with its annual development and training plan, by organizing a workshop entitled "Thinking Outside the Box." Held at the club's headquarters, the workshop emphasized the club's commitment to equipping athletes, coaches, administrators, and club staff with creative thinking skills in all aspects of life, particularly in dealing with the realities of the sports world. The workshop was presented by Dr. Saeed Balith Al-Tunaiji, a lecturer and specialist in self-development, and was attended by Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, Chairman of the Board, and a large number of representatives from all sectors of the club. During the workshop, which was met with enthusiastic participation from the attendees, Dr. Al-Tunaiji shared valuable information and a wealth of experience in thinking outside the box, finding solutions and alternatives for all kinds of emergencies, as well as organizational matters and mechanisms for developing them through creative thinking. He clarified the difference between creative and traditional thinking, supporting his points with examples and case studies. He also addressed the importance of athletes, coaches, and administrators possessing the skills to employ creative thinking in various aspects of life and to handle situations with wisdom, objectivity, and creative intelligence to achieve the desired success from the beginning to the end of the sports season. At the end of the lecture, Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, Chairman of the Board, praised the coach's efforts and his role in cooperating with the club to implement the training plans within the Mleiha Club's strategy, particularly those related to the self-development of sports personnel.
