Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Sports Club, praised the promising results achieved by the club's reserve futsal team at the end of 2020, marking their entry into the new year, 2021, with a perfect record. He explained that from the very beginning of the 2020/2021 sports season, Mleiha Club was committed to implementing a comprehensive sports strategy aligned with its vision, derived from the Sharjah Sports Council of the Sharjah Government, to achieve outstanding results and performances across all team and individual sports in the local league. He noted that the Mleiha Club's Board of Directors pledged to provide full support to all its teams to present a distinguished sporting image for Mleiha. In this context, Al-Khasouni pointed out that the Mleiha Club's reserve futsal team impressed everyone with their high level of performance and promising results, having won all seven of their matches, thus entering the new year with a perfect record and without a single defeat. He pointed out that the results of the reserve team's first round included the following: Mleiha vs. Al Nasr (3-2), Mleiha vs. Al Hamriya (11-2), Mleiha vs. Ittihad Kalba (8-3), Khor Fakkan vs. Mleiha (3-4), Al Bataeh vs. Mleiha (1-3), Al Dhafra vs. Mleiha (0-7), and Al Madam vs. Mleiha (0-6), which represents an achievement worthy of support. Al Khasouni praised the efforts of the team's administrative and technical staff, the players, and the board members and administrators for their support of the reserve futsal team in achieving these results. He affirmed that the board will not hesitate to support the team in delivering outstanding performances in the coming period.
