Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club concluded its participation in the final stage of the Emirates Archery League, which was held at the Sharjah Police Club, by achieving a remarkable accomplishment that reflects the development of archery at the club, after the team’s players won three colored medals in various categories.
The most notable achievement was the crowning of player Ghaith Ali Al-Dosari with the first place cup and gold medal in the junior category, after a strong performance and outstanding technical level throughout the competitions.
Player Khalid Ismail Al Zaabi also managed to achieve third place and the bronze medal in the under 15 years category (compound bow), while player Waleed Adam Omar achieved third place and the bronze medal in the junior category (recurve bow), bringing the team’s total to three colored medals.
This achievement confirms the continued strong presence of the Mleiha Club in individual sports competitions, and its success in preparing and developing sporting talents in archery.
For his part, Hamad Tamim Al Ketbi, Board Member and Chairman of the Individual Games Committee, expressed his pride in what the team’s players had achieved, praising the outstanding technical levels and high competitive spirit, stressing that these results reflect the efforts made in developing the players, and noting that the club continues to support this sport to achieve more accomplishments in the coming period.
