As part of ongoing efforts to promote sportsmanship and encourage community members to participate in sports activities, and to strengthen ties between the club and families, Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Sports Club, organized a special ceremony to honor outstanding sports families. This ceremony was part of a series of community events organized by the club to foster communication and positive interaction with various segments of society. This initiative aligned with the club's commitment to realizing the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, within the framework of the club's activities and events aimed at strengthening community engagement and creating an encouraging environment for excellence and healthy sports within the community. The ceremony was held at the Mleiha Sports Club headquarters and was attended by distinguished sports families whose children participate in a variety of sports activities, including taekwondo and archery. These families were honored in recognition of their efforts in encouraging and supporting their children to participate in sports activities and achieve excellence, as well as for strengthening social bonds between the club and the families. Faisal Al Hammadi, Supervisor of Sports Administration at Mleiha Club, also attended the ceremony and expressed his appreciation for the outstanding sports families and their significant role in promoting a culture of physical activity. The initiative aims to promote physical fitness and health among community members, encouraging their children to attend the club and participate in sports training. He emphasized that this initiative aligns with the club's vision of community engagement and enhancing the diversity of its activities. He noted that this initiative from the Mleiha Club's board of directors reflects the club's strong commitment to encouraging and supporting various sports activities and motivating families to actively participate in developing their children's and youth's athletic abilities.
