At the Council's headquarters, in the presence of His Excellency Abdul Latif Al Fardan, Board Member and Chairman of the Team Sports Committee, Her Excellency Fatima Mohammed Mashrabak, Board Member and Head of the Youth Development Committee, and members of both committees, the roles of the two committees were defined. Avenues for joint cooperation were explored, and the schedule for club visits was discussed. Several recommendations were made to integrate the roles of the committees and to encourage players in clubs to join Sharjah Youth Centers to develop their cultural skills through various training courses, lectures, and workshops. The recommendations also included enrolling Sharjah Youth Center members in clubs for athletic training and development. Furthermore, the recommendations included organizing cooperation with clubs through the signing of Memoranda of Understanding between the Youth Development Committee, the Team Sports Committee, and the clubs. This would allow for the utilization of Sharjah Youth Centers' facilities and services, including stadiums, swimming pools, halls, and various cultural programs. The recommendations also included providing specialized coaches at Sharjah Youth Centers, with direct oversight from the Council and the clubs.
