The players of the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club achieved a remarkable accomplishment in the 2026 Taekwondo Talented Players Championship, which was held on Saturday at the Zayed Sports Complex in the Emirate of Fujairah, after the team won two silver medals and a bronze medal, in a new confirmation of the development of the level of the game within the club and its strong presence in official championships.
This achievement came as a result of the continuous work of the technical and administrative staff, in addition to the players’ commitment and discipline during training, which was reflected in their performance in the competitions and their honorable appearance.
For his part, Abdullah Salem Khusouni Al Ketbi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Club, praised the level presented by the players, stressing that these results reflect the efforts made to develop individual sports at the club, and enhance the team’s ambitions to continue achieving more accomplishments during the next stage.
