The Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club's junior volleyball team (A category) achieved a remarkable feat by securing second place in the Junior League (A) competitions. This followed a strong run in which the players displayed impressive technical skills and a high level of fighting spirit, reflecting the team's development and competitive ability. This achievement is the result of the continuous work of the technical and administrative staff, along with the players' commitment and dedication throughout the tournament. This contributed to the team's honorable performance and its reaching the podium. Mohammed Musbeh bin Hadhibah Al-Ketbi, the club's football supervisor, attended the final match, ensuring his support and encouragement of the players and following this sporting event. The UAE Volleyball Federation honored the team, in the presence of His Excellency Rashid Saeed Obaid bin Freish Al-Kindi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kalba Sports and Cultural Club, and Mr. Osama Qarqash, Vice President of the UAE Volleyball Federation, in recognition of the players' outstanding performance during the tournament. Rashid Mohammed Al-Ketbi, a member of the Mleiha Club's Board of Directors and Chairman of the Team Sports Committee, praised the team's exceptional performance, emphasizing that achieving second place is a significant step in the team's journey. This reflects the efforts made in developing the club's youth sector. He pointed out that the club's management continues to support the team sports teams and work to provide the appropriate environment for honing talents and achieving better results in upcoming competitions.
