Mleiha Sports Club has signed Egyptian coach Khaled Mahmoud to take over the training of the first futsal team, in light of the club’s ambition and its endeavor to return to the top in the next season.

On Saturday, Mleiha Sports Club announced the signing of Egyptian coach Khaled Mahmoud to take over the training of the first futsal team, in light of the club's ambition and its endeavor to return to the top in the next season.
The signing took place at the club's headquarters in the presence of the club's chairman, Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, and Mr. Faisal Al-Hammadi, supervisor of the sports administration.
The contract gives the new coach full roles to train and qualify the team with the best capabilities, for one season 2022/2023, in addition to benefiting from the coach’s experience and his great sporting career from futsal player to coach of a number of Egyptian clubs, in addition to his coaching in the Saudi futsal league.
Egyptian coach Khaled Mahmoud has extensive experience and numerous achievements, including winning the Egyptian Premier Futsal League with Misr El-Makasa from 2011 to 2020, in addition to qualifying with the Saudi Radwa team and advancing to the playoffs in the Saudi League and obtaining second place.
Following the signing, Faisal Al Hammadi wished the coach success in his new role with the club, hoping he would lead the team to achieve a qualitative accomplishment in the Futsal League next season and contribute his best expertise to enhance the team's position in the Futsal League standings.
Meanwhile, Egyptian coach Khaled Mahmoud expressed his gratitude to the management of Mleiha Sports Club for their great confidence in him and for choosing him to manage and coach the futsal team. He confirmed that he is eager to start his duties and enter into a new challenge and that the team will deliver positive results in the next season.
He promised to give all the experience he had gained in his previous sporting career, and wished all the players success and that they would be a strong addition and support to futsal in the UAE.
