Abdullah Saeed Balajid Al-Ketbi, a member of the Board of Directors of the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club and Head of the Cultural and Community Committee, confirmed that the club will organize a series of distinguished summer activities to welcome students during their school break in July. These activities will be offered over four weeks, serving as a platform, as in previous years, for young people to make the most of their time. He indicated that the club has prepared a diverse package of summer activities, held under the auspices of the Sharjah Sports Council of the Sharjah Government, to create a healthy sporting environment that accommodates all youth, children, and young adults in its various programs. These programs will take place throughout the summer break, starting in mid-July and continuing after the Eid al-Adha holiday. Al-Ketbi noted that the Mleiha Club will reinforce its leading position in summer events, becoming a cornerstone for the success of youth programs at the emirate and national levels. He explained that, under the guidance of the club's Chairman of the Board, Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, the club will mobilize its resources, equip all facilities and halls, and assess the needs of the activities to ensure they are ready to welcome students of all ages and from all areas, both citizens and residents. He emphasized that the club will spare no effort in utilizing all available resources. Its human and material resources are available to organize the best summer programs. Al-Ketbi indicated that the programs will be divided into introductory programs about Sharjah entitled "Here is Sharjah," the "I am an Athlete" program, the Culture program, and the National Identity program, which came about based on the insightful vision of the Sharjah Sports Council. The club will also organize a cultural competition for clubs during that holiday, whether for sports or specialized clubs. He explained that the summer activity will be integrated to achieve its goals of utilizing young people's time in a beneficial and useful way, making the summer enjoyable and useful through selected programs that include cultural and sports events and activities that develop students' talents, skills, and creative abilities, extending over four consecutive weeks.
