In a historic moment added to the record of sporting achievements in the Emirate of Sharjah, Mleiha Sports Club won the "Shield of Excellence" title in the ninth edition of the Sharjah Sports and Culture Council Race. In a gesture of appreciation, Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Club, received the Shield of Excellence on behalf of the club and its members from Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and Chairman of the Department of Statistics and Community Development, and His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council. With this victory, Mleiha reinforces its position as one of the most prominent sports clubs in the Emirate.
