During its meeting with the Chairman of the Investment and Sports Marketing Committee of the Sharjah Sports Council, His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Dah, Mleiha Sports Club discussed ways to enhance investment plans in the club and develop its resources.
This came during the reception of His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Club, accompanied by
His Excellency Abdullah Salem Khalfan bin Jarash Al Ketbi, Member of the Board of Directors of the Club and Chairman of the Marketing and Investment Committee of the Club.
The delegation from the Investment and Sports Marketing Committee of the Sharjah Sports Council included His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Dah, Member of the Sharjah Sports Council and Chairman of the Committee, Omar Ibrahim Al Mulla, Ahmed Abdul Karim Al Mazmi and Khalid Abdul Rahman Bin Sultan.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Club, welcomed the Chairman and members of the Investment and Sports Development Committee and their keenness to enhance communication with Mleiha Club with the aim of joint cooperation to develop the available investment aspects within the club’s facilities and capabilities.
He pointed out that the club’s strategy, which was drawn up by the club’s board members and all the functional staff, is directed towards developing the club’s roles in all fields, based on the directions of the Sharjah Sports Council, in light of the boom it is achieving in participation and expansion in its sports and cultural activities and programs, in addition to the honorable sporting achievements it is making in a number of games, especially team sports such as handball and futsal.
For his part, His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Dah, Member of the Sharjah Sports Council and Chairman of the Sports Investment and Marketing Committee, indicated the committee’s keenness to enhance cooperation with the Mleiha Club and achieve the desired integration with the aim of bringing investments to the club within the framework of achieving the vision of the Sharjah Sports Council to support clubs in marketing and investment aspects.
Then, during the meeting, the club discussed the marketing opportunities, spaces, and fields available at the club that could be utilized according to the plans, targets, and returns to be achieved.
The two sides reviewed the joint mechanisms in place to enhance cooperation with the aim of creating favorable opportunities, especially in light of the environment of the Mleiha region and its abundant active resources, in addition to the club’s role and contribution in those aspects.
Following the meeting, His Excellency Abdullah Salem Khalfan bin Jarash Al Ketbi, Board Member and Chairman of the Club's Marketing and Investment Committee, confirmed that the meeting was successful and bodes well for more promising opportunities, given the Sports Marketing and Investment Committee's commitment to supporting the club and developing its investment capabilities. He expressed the club's gratitude and appreciation to the Chairman, members, and staff of the committee for their efforts in communicating with Mleiha Club to achieve the desired vision for the coming period.
