The Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club held a workshop titled "Meeting Management," as part of a series of events organized by the club to enhance knowledge and develop the skills of its staff. The club continues to organize a series of awareness and educational events and workshops that benefit board members, staff, and players, reinforcing its leading role in providing distinguished services and programs, and its ongoing pursuit of sustainability goals. The workshop was presented by prominent lecturer Dr. Saeed Balith Al Tunaiji at the club's headquarters yesterday. Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mleiha Club, attended the workshop, along with other club staff. The workshop was distinguished by its presentation by a specialist in the field of meeting management, which added significant value to the scientific content and effective practices. The workshop covered a range of important topics in meeting management, including planning and preparing meetings, organizing agendas, effective communication and listening skills, decision-making, and follow-up and evaluation.
