The Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club team achieved a remarkable feat in the Sharjah Sports Council Championship held at Al Madam Club, after the team’s players won 12 medals of various colors, including 3 gold, 3 silver, and 6 bronze medals, in a new confirmation of the development of the level of individual sports at the club. Player Hamid Saeed shone by winning 2 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medal, while Saeed Omar won a gold and a silver medal, and Abdul Rahman Saeed added a bronze medal. Salem Tamim also achieved two bronze medals, and Dhiab Omar and Mansour Hamad each won a bronze medal.
For his part, Salem Rashid Al Ketbi, Secretary General of the Mleiha Club, praised the outstanding level presented by the players during the tournament, stressing that these results reflect the amount of work and effort exerted by the technical and administrative staff, and the club’s keenness to support and develop talents in individual sports, which contributes to achieving more accomplishments and raising the name of the club in various sporting events. He appreciated the prominent role of the Sharjah Sports Council in organizing and supporting tournaments that contribute to honing the skills of players and raising the level of sports competition, noting that the club is continuing to strengthen its journey and achieve more successes during the coming period.
