The signing ceremony, held at the club's headquarters, was attended by Hamad Tamim Al Ketbi, a member of the Mleiha Club's Board of Directors and Head of the Individual Games Committee, and Captain Faisal Al Hammadi, Supervisor of the Sports Administration. This contract reflects Mleiha Club's commitment to developing its sports and empowering national talent, and is expected to have a positive impact on the archery team's performance and contribute to future successes. Mohammed Al Baloushi's appointment as coach of the Mleiha Club's archery team comes after he presented a distinguished record of achievements and experience in this field. Al Baloushi holds multiple certifications in archery coaching at the national level, having obtained Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, in addition to an archery referee certification. He also completed the advanced coaching course, making him highly qualified to lead the team to success and excellence in archery competitions. Hamad Tamim Al Ketbi, Head of the Individual Games Committee at Mleiha Club, emphasized the importance of this contract, stating: "In line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, to focus on national talent and develop Emirati athletes, the club has taken steps to contract Al Balushi to coach the archery team at Mleiha Club."
