Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club concluded its participation in the fourth stage of the UAE Archery League, which was held in Abu Dhabi, by achieving outstanding results that confirmed the club’s strong presence in the game’s competitions at the national level.
Player Ghaith Ali Al-Dosari managed to win the gold medal in the junior category after a strong performance and high-level competition, giving the club a well-deserved gold medal at the end of the tournament.
The junior team also won third place and the bronze medal (teams), through the players: Khalid Khalifa Al-Ketbi, Ali Al-Manaei, and Omar Abdul-Basit, in an achievement that reflects the team spirit and teamwork among the players.
In the individual competitions, player Waleed Adam Omar achieved third place and the bronze medal in the junior category (recurve bow), continuing the series of achievements made by the club’s players during the tournament.
Hamad Tamim Al Ketbi, Board Member and Chairman of the Individual Games Committee, praised the outstanding level shown by the players, stressing that the results reflect the amount of effort exerted in training and the continuous administrative and technical support, noting that the club continues to work according to a clear development plan aimed at enhancing the presence of archery games and achieving more accomplishments in the upcoming events.
Thus, the tally for the Mleiha Club in this stage reached four bronze medals, in addition to a gold medal, in a new achievement added to the club’s record full of sporting successes.
